Fredrick Russell is a consummate leadership development specialist and executive coach, known for empowering executives, business leaders, and organizations to reach their full potential. As the President and CEO of True North Leadership Group, a management consulting firm founded in 2005, Fredrick has dedicated nearly two decades to fostering responsible, character-driven leadership that strengthens families, businesses, and communities alike.

Fredrick is an architect of leadership transformation, designing and facilitating management development programs, enhancing interpersonal skills, building cohesive teams, and providing strategic coaching for leaders across diverse industries. His expertise extends to delivering keynote speeches and consulting on leadership development for organizations of all sizes, from startups to global enterprises.

Having served on various boards in sectors such as healthcare, education, and publishing for over 20 years, Fredrick brings a wealth of experience in guiding and developing leaders. He has trained leaders on every continent except Antarctica, giving him a global perspective and cultural competence in navigating leadership challenges worldwide.

Fredrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Oakwood University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from National Louis University. He is highly credentialed, holding certifications in leadership assessments, change management, diversity and inclusion, and team facilitation. His qualifications include:

In addition to his consulting work, Fredrick is a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching and is currently authoring a book on leadership.
