When the CIO/IT team at Black & Veatch leaned into strengthening their team cohesion and performance, True North Leadership Group was there to lead the process of developing a high performing, cohesive team. CEC is the premier executive coach training program for coaches with graduate degrees. In connection with the College of Executive Coaching, True North Leadership trains and coaches senior leaders and professionals from various industries and countries in executive coaching and diversity.

NBMBAA, a sixteen-thousand-member organization, selected True North Leader Group and its team of trainers, to designed and delivered the training for their “Gold Star” members who work in corporations across the country. True North Leadership Group prepared them for Director level and C-Suite responsibilities.

When it was time for One Brooklyn Health to develop managers and build the strength of their teams in the newly created health system championed by the governor of New York, True North Leadership Group was task to lead that effort for the mental health team—the largest entity in the system.

The Morehouse School of Medicine Satcher Health Leadership Institute is one of the foremost institutes in creating systemic, transformative change at the intersection of policy and equity. SHLI wanted to build a team culture reflective of the important work of the institute. True North Leadership facilitated successfully the team’s embrace of a new and collaborative work culture that fully embraced the essential behaviors of cohesive teams.

Bibliotheca is a global library service company specializing in providing integrated technologies in reimagining how libraries function across the world. They wanted to establish a progressive manger development program. True North Leadership Group conceived, designed, developed and facilitated the training of key senior managers across the enterprise.

When Versacare wanted to catalyze and fund a “movement” of community-based leaders who do “frontline” work in disadvantaged communities across the country, True North Leadership Group was brought in not only to consult on the design of the training—helping leaders drive operational and programmatic capacity in their agencies—but to lead the training, all in driving the expanded mission of Versacare.

ITRCC operates and maintains the Indiana East-West Toll Road. This includes all functions to physically and operationally keep the roadway open for millions of divers each year. This requires a significant team of managers. True North Leadership was asked to come in to build the skillsets of the managers, and to provide extended leadership coaching in post training.

The senior team of Union College, composed of the President and Vice Presidents, took time out on their summer retreat to zero in on the Five Behaviors that are exhibited on healthy, cohesive teams. True North had the honor of leading this retreat and assisting the team in building trust, embracing healthy conflict, growing commitment, holding each other accountable and pursuing collective results.

True North Leadership Group came along side student leaders at the University to grow their leadership and team development skills—exposing them to the values inherent in being character-driven leaders, a caliber of leadership that will serve them well as emerging leaders in their chosen careers.

SSA selected True North Leadership Group from among several national leadership development companies, to create and facilitate their national leadership training. Given the diverse needs of their expansive workforce, SSA asked TNLG to design the training to be broad in its reach, but specific in its focus.
